• On Site computer repair £ 25.00 first hour then £ 15.00 per hour + materials.
• RTB ( Return To Base ) Repair or upgrade will be based on a quotation, not an houly rate.
• Computer training £ 15.00 per hour
• Wireless router setup from £ 30.00

Q: Do LJ Computers offer support by telephone, if so how much do you charge ?

A: We often help clients by telephone at no cost to the customer, however this will be via mobile phone, so you will bear the cost of the phone call.

Q: Can a customer deliver a faulty pc to you for repair ?

A: Not at this time, we may open suitable workshops in the future.

Q: Are LJ Computers able to recover lost data from damaged computers ?

A: This has to be answered on a case by case basis, we have carried out such work in the past. However some failed hard drives are beyond our ability to recover. In such cases we are able to pass your drive on to a local professional data recovery company, for their opinion.
