All upgrade systems have a 3 Months RTB guarantee.
All returns MUST be approved by LJ Computers prior to return, on return the system will be repaired.
All systems have 1 year free email technical support backup.
The customer shall be responsible for the transport costs of returned goods.

If returned goods are found to be working, a fee will be levied on the customer!
LJ Computers may NOT be held responsible for lost data held on a system or part of, cuased by hardware or software failure, or as a result of service procedures carried out on your system. Customers are advised to perform regular backups of their data.
